Capitalism has never been able to offer a consensus, an acceptable trade between quality and quantity. The amount has always predominated unfortunately (it was the same for the CCCP era socialism, but that's another story ...). Transform quantity into quality is the amount subject to constraints that the world prefers to avoid using fireworks.
